When we first met in 2025, we were a yoga studio. In 2026, we are in our flow state, returning as a sacred coastal space for healing and restoration. This evolution came from listening deeply to our community and recognizing that movement alone wasn’t the whole story. What began as a place to stretch and breathe has grown into a more spacious environment—a place to slow down, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to be whole. While our name may feel familiar, our intention has expanded. The core of what we do remains the same, but our offering is now much deeper. We look forward to welcoming you into this next chapter.
